Do you ship to my country?

We ship to any country that is legally allowed to receive products from the United States. 

How quickly will my item(s) ship?

We begin processing orders as soon as we receive them. All items are handmade and typically ship within a week or less. If you require a rush order, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs!

My item or customization is incorrect, what do I do?

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Please include your order number.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the rare even that your item(s) arrive damaged, please retain all products and packaging. Take one or two photos that clearly show the damage of your item. Send an email to ShopTheCraftyEngineer@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your items. Include the photos and a brief description of the damage to the items. Please include your order number. Items that were damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded. 

I don't see exactly what I'm looking for, can you make it?

We love custom orders! Please contact us to discuss your ideas.

What is your return policy?

All refunds must be initiated within 7 days from the date you receive your order. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return. No refunds will be made until the original item has been received by our shop. No refunds will be offered for custom designed items.
